| After
stopping off at the church for showers, we made our way across the river
to see the Charleston Riverdogs take on the Greensboro Bats. As luck
would have it we picked "Got Milk Night" and enjoyed all things
milk: mustaches, stickers, magnets, and three of our guys were even
selected for a chugging contest in front of the whole stadium! After
a Riverdogs victory, we were treated to a fantastic fireworks display
and posed for a picture with our newest friend, the announcer. We returned
to the church for our closing devotional time, and shared with one another
the positive things that we had seen during the week and the things
that the trip meant to us. Then it was off to bed for the LONG drive
back. |
